Huey, Guyer Win Inaugural Turkey Trot

RIDGWAY, PA--The first annual Ridgway YMCA Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk was held Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009, on the Clarion Little Toby Rail Trail.

Temperatures in the low 60s and mostly sunny skies produced excellent weather conditions for the 84 runners and 39 walkers.

In the run, the overall winner was Kersey, PA native Justin Huey with a time of 17:40. The first overall female was Rachel Guyer from Ridgeway, PA with a time of 22:49.

In the walk, the overall winner was Ridgway, PA native Daunte Allegretto with a time of 41:21. The first overall female was Kathy Lampman of Ridgway, PA with a time of 41:23.
