BLOOMSBURG, PA--Bloomsburg University had the top male and female winners in the 4th annual New Year’s Eve run. Dave Sanford and Karen Hause cruised to victory in wintry conditions. Sanford’s time was 15:46 as he held off Kip Hoffman, a Bloomsburg University alumnus, and Sanford’s teammate Tony Skiles.

On the women’s side, Karen Hause ran a solid 20:24 beating Robyn Ireland and Renee Popalis.

There were 190 registered runners and 171 finishers.
