JOHNSONBURG, PA--The Elk County Classic 5K, sponsored by the Elk County Striders, was held Saturday, July 9. Temperatures in the low 60s and the flat, fast course brought out 52 runners to the event.

David Hutton from Emporium was the overall winner with a time of 17:02. Tasha Jones from Kane was the first female finisher with a time of 22:33.
