Owens, Tutmaher Triumph at Diane Kelly 5K

WARREN, PA--Steve Owens walked away with the top prize at the Diane Kelly Memorial Races on March 18. Owens finished the 5K course in a time of 16:50. Rachel Tutmaher was the women's winner in a quick 22:07.
